These Terms govern Sponsor Zoya, operated by Noumenon under the laws of the State of Florida. By using the site or buying a placement you agree to them.
1. What you buy
Every payment buys sponsorship placement for 30 days: your brand name, logo, and link are listed on the public sponsor wall immediately. The highest payment for a given patch additionally places your logo on that patch of the displayed outfit, linking to your site, until a higher payment replaces it or your 30-day term ends. Placement is delivered in full at the moment of payment. Being outbid later does not undo the placement you received, so payments are non-refundable, including when you are outbid, except where required by law. Placement is not an endorsement and carries no guarantee of reach, clicks, or appearances in off-site content.
2. Zoya is not a real person
Zoya is an AI-generated character operated by Noumenon. Images of her are synthetic. Sponsorships are placements on synthetic imagery and the site, and are not endorsements by any real person.
3. Your content
You represent that you own or are authorized to use the brand name, logo, and link you submit, and that they are lawful and not infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, deceptive, or adult-oriented. We accept clean brands only and may refuse or remove any placement at our discretion, including gambling, adult, weapons, and scam content. We will act on good-faith removal and infringement requests to removals.outclean@noumenon-ai.com promptly. Removal for a violation of this section does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law. You grant us a license to display your submitted brand, logo, and link on the site and in imagery of the outfit while your placement is active.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout. We never receive or store your full card details.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noumenon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your misuse of the service.
